• Cleaning: Wash with soap and water and wipe dry to prevent rust. Coat the blade with a solvent or oil to further clean and protect the blade’s edge. This product is not dishwasher safe.
• Maintain the Edge: Strive to keep the cutting edge razor sharp. This can best be accomplished by resharpening the edge after every use, using a coarse grain ceramic rod, whetstone, or any of several sharpening systems.

I own several of your knives, including the Jaeger boning knife and the Steelheader fillet knife, both of which I use when we butcher. I was wondering if you make either of those knives with a pink handle. My wife has started helping us, and she would like her own knife. First off, I want to apologize for the condition of these 4 wonderful Knives. Each of them have filleted over 1000 salmon!! I have never had a fillet Knife that I liked until my incredible wife purchased my first Coho Knife for my Birthday 6 years ago, prior to that I dreaded filleting fish after a day of fishing. I now filled my fish but 6 other buddy’s Ash on an annual trip to Alaska. I truly treasure these knives. If each Knife could speak it would tell of the most incredible adventures and fish stories. Thank you again for such a great product.
